DUE TO THE NATURE, AGE AND TYPE OF AUTOMOBILES WE SELL, EACH CAR IS PUT IN DRY STORAGE IN A SEPARATE LOCATION UPON COMPLETION. IN ORDER TO PROPERLY SHOW THE CAR, A 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE NOTICE AND APPOINTMENT IS NECESSARY THROUGH OUR SALES DEPARTMENT. IN ORDER TO VIEW ONE OF OUR CARS, PLEASE CALL TOLL-FREE: 1-877-837-3620. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE THE CAR TAKEN OFF THE MARKET BEFORE YOU VIEW THE CAR, A 10% OF THE SELLING PRICE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO VIEW THE CAR YOU ARE INTERESTED IN, WE CAN REFER YOU TO A LOCAL INDEPENDENT LICENSED INSPECTOR/APPRAISOR THAT WILL GIVE YOU AN 11 PAGE WRITTEN REPORT, A VIDEO AND PERFORM A TEST DRIVE. WE PROVIDE ALL INSPECTORS THE FULL USE OF OUR FACILITIES INCLUDING A LIFT.

ALL DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR RESULTING FROM THIS SALE SHALL BE FINALLY DETERMINED BY BINDING ARBITRATION:in the State of Florida at a place to be determined by the seller in accordance with the commercial rules of arbitration. Buyer must consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Florida to specifically enforce the agreement to arbitrate and to enter judgement of and enforce the award of the arbitrator prior to close of the sale.

MILEAGE NOTE: In the state of Florida any car that is 10 years of age or older is Titled with Exempt Mileage. We endeavor to show the exact mileage whenever possible.

PAYMENT & FINANCING TERMS

A Non-Refundable Deposit may be paid by Cashiers Check, Money Orders, Wire Transfer or major Credit Card in US Dollars, to a maximum of $2,000 for Credit Card deposit payments.

YOUR FINANCING MUST BE IN PLACE PRIOR TO MAKING THE FINAL COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM US.

Final Payment must be made within 5 days by Cashiers Check, Money Orders, or Wire Transfer payable in US Dollars.

Dream Car Classics will not be responsible for buyers remorse or problems found to vehicle once it has left our property. Buyer must realize these cars are vintage and by their very nature will need Tender Loving Care and maintenance appropriate to such a vehicle. These are not new cars and should not be treated as such.

Once full payment has been received, seller will provide clear title, Bill of Sale and additional Department of Motor Vehicles forms to the buyer for signature. The forms must be completed prior to the shipment of the vehicle. Transportation, or delivery, will occur only after receipt of final payment and required signed documents.

TRANSPORTATION

Buyer will pay for any and all transportation costs. Dream Car Classics may assist in arranging for enclosed transportation if requested, but buyer will be responsible payment in advance once arrangements have been made. Shipping dates are quoted based on information supplied by the buyer. Exact dates may vary based on circumstance.

Buyers may choose to contact one or more of the shippers shown below who are experienced with the transportation of Collectible Classic and Antique Automobiles.

ALL vehicles are sold as is, where is, with no warranty expressed, written, or implied. Dream Car Classics shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith.

From time to time vehicles in our inventory will be offered for sale via eBay or other, similar auction websites. In addition to ALL of the Terms and Conditions described above, the following Additional Terms apply to these auctions.

TO BID YOU MUST BE OVER 18.

PLEASE ONLY BID WHAT YOU INTEND TO BUY AND HAVE THE MEANS TO PAY. Winning bidders that do not finalize their transaction will receive strong negative feedback.

If the reserve is not met, we may contact the next high bidder to offer the Second Chance Option.

Winning bidder must contact us within 48 hours of auction end to make arrangements for payment.

If you intend to finance your purchase, you must be approved BEFORE bidding. Non-payment due to financing issues will be treated the same as any non-payment, and will be reported to ebay for an unpaid item strike.
